Convenient location near to the Gubeng train station. Position a few steps away from everything we need, like surabaya zoo. The rooms in the hotel were large. Free parking onsite was provided

Good breakfast and location.
Single room should be cheaper. I paid same for a single as 2 friends with me in their double room. The hot water did not work in my room.

There was a delay in attending to the tap leak, it would be better if the such instances can be avoided.

Nothing in particular.
Tv reception was poor. Shower head was not properly fixed. Telephone in the room was not functioning. People smoking in the air conditioned restaurant. I was charged the normal list price for the stay which was 32% higher than the price given by Booked.net. Booked.net gave misleading information on hotel rates.

The place is close to some Malls
The room interior design is very standard, some tools looks too old ( like the elevator, the table etc) .
